Peroxide Stats Guide

Understand Peroxide stats, training choices, rank and limit-break flow, and how to avoid copying an unsuitable build.

Peroxide has five main trainable stats: Strength, Spirit, Vitality, Agility, and Reiatsu. The official Stats and Ranking card describes their basic jobs and connects rank growth to limit breaks, but its exact numerical caps and thresholds are update-sensitive. Build from the moves you use and the fights you are attempting, then read the live stat and rank displays before committing to a copied allocation.

What each stat does

Strength

Supports basic M1 damage and strength-scaling attacks. Prioritize it when your reliable pressure comes from weapon strings, Hakuda, or moves whose current description scales with Strength.

Spirit

Supports many Shikai, Bankai, Resurrection, and Kido-style attacks. Confirm each equipped move because an ability family can include different scaling directions.

Vitality

Raises health and gives you more room to learn a boss phase or survive PvP pressure. It does not replace blocking, movement, or resource management.

Agility

Unlocks movement development and improves access to flashstep-related abilities. Check the current threshold and cost in the live interface.

Reiatsu

Expands the resource used by abilities, functioning like an energy or stamina pool. More capacity matters only when your route can use it productively.

A stat’s name does not prove every move in a themed ability uses it. Inspect the move description, test damage under controlled conditions, and keep the same target and equipment when comparing a point change.

Training routes

The official card associates Spirit with a spirit mat, Strength with training dummies, Vitality with bench press, Agility with treadmill work, and Reiatsu with a reiatsu mat. Quests, incursions, faction turn-ins, and other activities can also advance stats. Current costs, access rules, and efficiency should be checked at the station.

Choose a safe training loop near a recognizable landmark. Train one stat, inspect progress, and confirm that the expected bar moved. If a station is unavailable, check race restrictions, membership or payment prompts, and whether you are in combat.

Early Hollows below Arrancar development follow a different path: the official card says they do not train through the normal system and instead gain levels through Hollow combat. Hollow players should use Hollow Progression before applying a normal humanoid training route.

Rank and limit breaks

Ranks summarize character growth and gate later activities. The official card describes starting at F and advancing through limit breaks once the current training range is filled. It also describes transformation-related caps for some paths. Because this card’s numbers are older than the present update, follow your live rank bar and the current NPC or inner-spirit dialogue.

When progress appears stuck, inspect every stat rather than adding more points randomly. A limit break may require filling the available training range, completing a transformation step, or satisfying a race-specific condition. Check Progression for the next named requirement.

Choose offense by real scaling

List the three attacks you use most. For each one, record whether the current description indicates Strength, Spirit, another condition, or unclear scaling. Put early offensive investment into the shared direction only if the route remains reliable against moving targets.

A hybrid build can provide flexibility, but splitting points too early can make both directions weak. A focused build can clear faster but may lose options when a boss resists your preferred range or punishes long casting. Keep enough Vitality and movement access to learn content rather than copying a glass-cannon setup made for a single scripted fight.

Reiatsu and rotation length

More Reiatsu is useful when you repeatedly empty the bar before a safe rotation finishes. It is less useful when cooldowns, missed attacks, or poor openings prevent you from spending the current pool. Measure the cause before investing.

Run the same short sequence three times. Note starting resource, ending resource, downtime, and whether a basic action could fill the gap. If the route fails because the enemy escapes, change control or range before adding resource. If it fails only because the final move is unaffordable, Reiatsu may solve a concrete problem.

Vitality for learning and PvP

Vitality converts mistakes into additional information. Surviving one more boss pattern lets you see the next cue; surviving one more PvP exchange creates a chance to escape. That makes it valuable even when a damage spreadsheet ranks it lower.

Do not judge Vitality only by the training dummy. Compare full encounters: healing access, guard damage, burst windows, and the cost of losing. A high-health setup that never threatens the opponent can still fail, so pair survivability with one dependable offensive direction.

Agility and movement decisions

Agility is not simply “more speed.” It is tied to movement access and flashstep behavior in the official documentation. Test whether the next investment changes the available action, distance, cost, cooldown, or only a displayed value.

Avoid overspending based on an old breakpoint. Check the live control result after each meaningful threshold. If the movement tool is already sufficient for your activity, offensive or defensive stats may produce a clearer benefit.

Stat plans by goal

For early questing, use a stable offense plus enough Vitality and movement to recover from mistakes. For a progression boss, value survival and the scaling of your safest punish. For raids, keep a repeatable damage route while respecting group mechanics. For PvP, balance burst, escape, resource, and latency rather than maximizing a training-dummy number.

For Storm Delve, consider survival and extraction alongside combat. A build that wins one duel but cannot preserve healing, mobility, or backpack value may be poor for the mode. Every plan should name its activity and date.

Reset and reroll caution

Before resetting stats, capture your current values, equipped abilities, clan effects, accessories, and crystals. Confirm the live reset cost and whether any progress is lost. Keep enough currency or Product Essence for the full change, not only the first click.

Change one major variable at a time. If you reset stats, keep the same clan and abilities for the first test. If you reroll a mode, keep the old stat record so you can see whether scaling changed. This prevents a successful result from being attributed to the wrong choice.

A simple build worksheet

Write your race and mode, primary activity, three main moves, their displayed scaling, minimum survivability need, movement requirement, normal Reiatsu use, and one failure case. Then allocate around those facts. Revisit the worksheet when a new form or item changes the route.

Exact caps, rank thresholds, and best ratios still need current-server verification. The stable principle is to train for a named action and observe the result. Use Controls to remove input problems and the relevant Ability guide to understand activation before judging a stat build.
