Peroxide modes turn the same character into very different sessions. Storm Delve is an expedition, Time Gate is a scheduled cross-faction battle, Invasion is a mission run, Ranked is competitive PvP, and AFK World exchanges active play for passive time. Pick by objective first. A valuable reward pool does not help if your build, party, schedule, or available play time cannot support the run.

The official Trello has separate cards or lists for these activities, but live rotations and balance can change without preserving every old number. Use this hub for the stable loop and preparation questions. Treat the current NPC prompt, queue screen, mode UI, and reward panel as the final authority for availability and cost.

Check entry before rebuilding

Do not reset stats because a guide calls a mode difficult. First confirm the entrance, NPC or queue, level or progression gate, party rules, required currency, cooldown, and active schedule. If the button is missing, check whether you are in the correct world and server version. A requirement problem and a weak build need different fixes.

Open the mode panel and read it before committing. Record the wording or take a screenshot for yourself. That one habit prevents old guides from turning a renamed currency, changed fee, or limited event into wasted preparation.

Prepare one dependable loadout

A mode loadout needs an opener you can land, a safe damage route, an escape, and a way to recover resources. Put the essential moves on keys you can reach without looking. Test the route against a normal target before risking a run, and learn which moves spend stamina, Reiatsu, or another meter.

For a party, agree on who starts encounters, who interrupts, who clears groups, and who watches the objective. Several high-damage players can still fail when everyone commits to the same animation and nobody can disengage. Solo players should value consistency and exits over a showcase combo.

Read the objective, not just the enemies

Time Gate and Invasion can ask for more than eliminations. Storm Delve can reward the decision to leave safely. Ranked measures the opponent and the ruleset rather than a PvE damage check. Watch the objective text, progress meter, map marker, timer, and extraction prompt. Killing a convenient target is wasted motion when it does not advance the live task.

At the start, spend a few seconds locating allies, exits, interactables, and dangerous terrain. During a run, keep enough movement to reach the next objective. When the UI changes, stop assuming the previous phase still applies.

Decide the risk budget

Separate an entry cost from a possible reward. Ask what is consumed on entry, what is lost on failure, what is banked during the run, and what only arrives after a successful exit. Do not carry a tradable item merely because a video did. If a mode introduces a temporary resource, learn how that resource survives between rooms, deaths, or sessions.

Set an exit rule before the run: a health threshold, a reward milestone, a party loss, or the amount of time left. A planned extraction is a win when the alternative is losing everything that remains at risk.

Verify rewards without inventing rates

Use the final reward screen to identify the item and amount. One drop proves possibility, not probability. For useful farming notes, record the mode, tier, party size, contribution, completion state, reward, server date, and number of runs. Do not combine event and standard queues into one sample.

Reward lists age faster than mode identities. Treat exact percentages, pity counters, seasonal ladders, and Product Essence totals as unknown unless the current interface or a dated first-party notice shows them. The Items hub explains how to classify a reward before using it.

After patches and server changes

Recheck the entrance, schedule, required progress, entry currency, matchmaking behavior, objective, failure condition, extraction, and payout. Follow Updates for change signals, then confirm inside a current public or private server as appropriate. Different server ages may briefly show different behavior after an update.

Keep notes tied to a date instead of silently overwriting them. A historical schedule can explain an old video, but it should not be presented as the next live opening. A clean mode guide tells players what remains stable and exactly where current confirmation is still needed.
